We reduce the inefficiency of patients communicating complex history by providing them both a chart and AI-driven narrative of each tracked topic through the mobile app. The physician can proceed with the right facts and without extraneous detail.

How is the research-ready data structured and accessed?

We map all data collected to international vocabularies and store each observation in FHIR and an international common data model. Researchers have three options to access the data: previewing through our portal, direct access, or exporting to their dataset. All data access for research is de-identified and protected.

Does the dataset include medical records?

Coming soon. Because we establish a relationship with the patient, we are uniquely positioned to retrieve medical records digitally and physically that are reliably associated with the patient. We have the capability to ingest both structured and unstructured records.
